The FC1 is the Filter for all Kangen Water Machine Models (After 2011):

The FC1 "Deluxe Water Filter" is the new replacement filter for all Kangen Water machine models purchased after 2011. The FC1 filter is the new filter for all SD501 models (after 2011) and the K8 (all years). The FC1 filter replaces the HG-N filter for the SD501 and replaces the F8 filter for the K8. 

SD501 Series Models:
The FC1 is the new replacement filter for the Kangen Water machine models SD501, SD501 Platinum, SD501U (under counter unit) and the Super 501, all purchased after 2011. 

SD501 models pre-2011 have a slightly different filter holder base so this FC1 filter will NOT fit SD501's before 2011 unless you had the filter holder base updated by Enagic at some point. If you have a pre-2011 SD501, you can contact us at support @ discount ionized water filters . com to double-check your filter holder base before ordering.  

K8 Model:
The FC1 filter is also the replacement filter for all years of the mighty KANGEN8, or K8.

Other Models:
And the FC1 is also the replacement filter for the Leveluk R (travel unit) and the rest of the LeveLuk Series current and past models: JrIV, DX, DXII, JrII

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Shipping & Handling within the USA is currently taking 4-10 business days via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. You will receive an email with a shipping tracking number once your filter order ships. We strive to get all orders shipped out in 1-2 business days. However, during high volume times such as special events and sales, or during times of perilous weather, orders may be slightly delayed.

Money-Back Guarantee / Refund and Return Policy
All filter orders come with a hassle free 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for the rare instance that a filter arrives damaged during shipping, which has never happened yet but if it ever does, we will refund you.  

If you made a mistake and ordered the wrong filter such as if you have a pre-2011 SD501, the FC1 filter will not fit unless you have changed the filter holding base. In that case we will refund you upon return of the filter to us but you will be responsible to pay for return shipping.

Lastly if you run water through the filter and realize it doesn't fit such as if you have a pre-2011 SD501, we will NOT be able to refund you because we cannot sell used filters. The only possible scenario that we might accept a return of a filter that has had water run through it and refund you, is if you quickly realize your mistake and contact us within minutes. In this type of scenario, we might be able to sell the filter at a super discounted rate as a "slightly used filter" letting the customer know water briefly ran through it upon a previous customer realizing they ordered the wrong filter for their water ionizer model.
